We offer our customers local support at three different levels on a worldwide basis. With our comprehensive, three-tier Complete Support service contracts – Gold, Silver and Bronze – we provide levels of assistance and cost to match each customer’s varying needs.
Our sorters and graders feature ‘remote diagnostics’ facilities whereby our Service Engineers can connect to and interrogate the system directly from our base in the UK. This enables any faults to be diagnosed and also assists with training and configuration.
